Nick Perry explains how criminals use Google Maps to scout homes, then shows you how to blur your house in five steps. Search your address, click the home image, open the three-dot menu, select "Report a problem," and choose "my home." Google will permanently blur it.
You need to blur out your house on Google Maps right now because you're basically giving criminals free access to your house. All they got to do is drop your address into Google Maps, zoom in, and boom, they can see every window, every gate, every way in. Here's how to blur it out. Search your address, click your home's image under the search bar. Once it's in full screen, hit the 3 red dots and click the link. Report a problem, center the house in the red box, select my home, and hit submit. Google will blur it out permanently like your house never existed. Send this to every person you love so they can do it too.
