Nick Perry shows an AI workflow that turns notes app ideas into built projects. You dump a half-baked idea, the system researches it, writes a plan, and spins up an AI team to build it. You just approve and it runs.

Stop letting your best ideas die in your Notes app because this workflow turns them into finished projects without you doing the work. Here's how it works. You drop an idea into a note and the system reads it and decides what it is. A project, um, a grocery list, whatever. If it's a project, it does the research, watches the videos, and turns your 2 AM ramblings into a real plan. So the only time you touch anything is to review that plan and hit approve. The second you approve, the system moves it to your machine and spins up a project manager which creates a team to build it, and that project manager becomes your interface for the life of the project. So it doesn't just build it, it maintains it too. If you found this helpful, or if you want to learn more, give me a follow.
