Nick Perry breaks down CLOSE, a five-step framework for closing sales: ask curious questions, repeat the prospect's words back, learn what they've tried before, tell a success story, then frame your offer as the missing piece they already want.

Give me 59 seconds and I'll give you my formula for closing any deal. It's called CLOSE. C is for Curiosity. Ask questions and listen twice as much as you talk. L is for Language. Say their exact words back to them when labeling problems so they know you get it. O is for Origin. Find out what they tried before and why it didn't work. S is for Story. Tell them about someone just like them who got results, because stories beat statistics every single time. E is for Exchange. Position your offer as the logical missing piece they've already been looking for. And that's the trick to sales. You never actually sell anybody anything. You just find people who already want what you're selling.
