I started wholesaling in 2014. All of the mentors back then were saying, hey, stay in your home market. Do direct mail, do cold calling. I followed that advice for a couple years, and I stumbled upon ppc. I realized that if I change my geographical targeting from just targeting my city that I'm in to going nationwide. My lead costs went down by 90%. So I went from paying $200 a lead to $20 a lead. Peers around me were saying, dude, don't do it. You know, like, this is a suicide mission. I end put my best foot forward and really streamline that whole nationwide process to what it is today, which generates four or five million dollars every single year and continues to grow.
