Never ever ever start a business that's low ticket and complex, or else you'll work twice as hard for less than half the money and wonder where your life went. Look, Airbnb looks amazing on paper. You see the nightly rates and think you're printing money, but then you've got expenses like furniture, cleaning every 2 days, and guests complaining. You do all that work just to barely clear half of what a long-term tenant would have paid you. So remember, if your business needs 100 things to go right so that you make money, one thing going wrong will eat you alive.
