Nick Perry argues that speed matters more than perfection. His 24-hour rule shrinks the gap between thinking and doing, pushing you to execute before overthinking kills the idea.

The only reason I'm successful is I move faster than everybody else. Because by the time they think about an idea, take it to a meeting, and start to move, I've already made 3 mistakes and found a faster way. But most people say, I'll get back to you next week, which is where dreams and money go to die. So we run something called the 24-hour rule, which means we shrink the gap between thinking about a thing and doing the thing. Because if they take a week to move and we get it done in a day, I don't have to be richer, smarter, or better. I'm just faster. So move something forward before today's over. Not tomorrow, not next week, uh, today.
