It's a loan that helps people get a new home or a vacant lot for just $1, as long as you're in a city that partners with NACA. On top of that, the home you choose doesn't have to be a broken-down dump. You will still get funds for it even if you are building it from the ground up. Now there's no catch, but there are requirements. Number 1 is you have to attend a NACA workshop. Number 2 is you can't currently own a home. And then number 3, you have to sign paperwork that says you're not gonna try to fix and flip the property.
