The one issue that I do have, which is mostly hereditary, but I have a high cholesterol to a point where my former doctor got really concerned and said, you know, I want you on Lipitor or whatever. And I was like, no, I don't do medications at all. So that's already an out. And I tried literally for years to get that lower, even though, you know, I don't eat fried foods and anything, you know, that might be quote unquote considered unhealthy. I wasn't getting it down at all, actually, would just continue to climb and climb and climb. And so I was very curious to know that after having used 6 months of the X39, and though I also use some of the others like Aionic, glutathione, and carnisone on a regular basis, they took my blood work in June and it didn't drop like massively, but my, my good cholesterol actually had gone up and my bad cholesterol had dropped 30 points, which for me is a really good start because again, I hadn't changed anything in my diet or my regular routines of workouts. So I'm hoping that maybe in a year, 2 years, that will even go down more so.
