Head Injury Story

Vicki Malad describes her 73-year-old mother's recovery from a severe head injury using LifeWave patches. After a fall caused a deep scalp wound and significant swelling, daily application of X39, Aeon, and IceWave patches reduced swelling and bruising within ten days with minimal scarring.

Good evening, everyone. Thank you so much for joining us this evening. We are super excited that you are here with us and, uh, just get to hear another amazing testimonial with this technology. I'm Nikki Lea McCutchen. I will be your host for this evening. Uh, what we're going to be talking about is the X39, and we will tell you more about that technology at the end, but the call will be for 30 minutes. So we really appreciate you taking 30 minutes out of your schedule to be here with us and to learn more about this technology. With that, we'll start with our medical disclaimer. All LifeWave products are not intended to treat, cure, diagnose any disease. If you're pregnant or nursing, please check with your physician first. And with that, we are going to start with an amazing testimony from Vicki Malad, just telling us about her mom and some of the recent things that happened with her. So Vicki, if you will just share, um, your story. I'm so excited to hear what has been going on with your mom.
Okay, can you, um, share the screen, hon?
Yeah, make me a, uh, co-host and I'll share my screen for her, and then Nikki can—
Oh, perfect, I got it.
All right, Nikki. There you go.
Okay, so thank you for having me on your Zoom, Nikki. It's, um, an honor and a privilege for me to be able to share this amazing story with all of you. And I wanted to start— if you're squeamish, I'm very sorry, but this is my mom, and she had a major fall. She, um, got her feet tangled up and fell out of the bed and landed on the wall and right on her head she landed. Um, of course she laid there for a little while, uh, over an hour to be exact. And I got a phone call, it was in the middle of the night, that my mom had fallen. And I ran over to get her, and when I got there, I went up the steps to actually help her get down. And I— when she lifted up the towel, because she had something on there to try to keep the blood, um, you know, from flowing— so when she lifted it up, I felt I could see her skull. It was— I was just like so squeamish to my stomach and I was just like, oh, you know. And meanwhile I'm trying to process this and be of help to my mom, which it was kind of hard to do, but that's what you do when you're in survival mode. And we got her to the hospital, they numbed her up and gave her 10 stitches in her head. Um, and I just tell you from seeing her go through this, I was shocked because I, I just couldn't believe, like, all— she wasn't, like, screaming, she wasn't upset. She was in pain, obviously, from this bruise, like, you know, from the fall. But when we got her home from getting the stitches and everything, I patched her immediately, and I knew that this was going to be very helpful for her. So I immediately thought you know, the YH products, the X39, IceWave, because she had the pain. So, and she was open to me patching her. Now, before this, my mother did not believe in the technology. Let me just actually go to the next because I don't want to leave that on the screen. My mother was not a believer in the technology, and I don't know why, but everybody has their own reasons. But until this moment in her life, she actually really needed it. And it was there to help her because she needed it for the pain. She needed it for the healing, the swelling, the bruising, and all of that. So I'm just glad that she allowed me to patch her and she was open to it. Now, this is day 2. I have the scar, like the stitches covered because my mom is very squeamish. She couldn't even look at herself in the mirror. I had to go over every day and clean it and, you know, kind of get it all cleaned up, put the ointment on there, put the new bandage on over top, and then we repatched her for the day. So it was definitely an experience to see her go through this. And these are just the patch placements that I had on her. I will share with you what I used on the bottom of the chin here. I used an X-39 on the back of the neck. I used an Aeon, and I actually put a Carnosine there as well. And then Ice Wave was on the temples. And in the evening, she also slept with an Aeon on the front of her forehead. So another thing about my mother, this was day 3, and it started, um, like her nose was all swollen and she had the little bump on her forehead. The bruising in her eyes started to come out. I was just shocked that it didn't really hurt because she didn't really have pain. So I was just amazed. And I'm expecting her to be in a lot of pain and she wasn't. It just actually looked a lot worse than it actually felt, I guess. And this was day 4. All the swelling had gone within 24 hours. The swelling was gone, completely gone. And the bruising was a little bit like on the eyelid. You can kind of see it still a little bit, but the bruising and the swelling was gone. And that— I was just amazed at the healing process and how fast it actually worked, and it happened that quickly. Day 5 is— oh no, that's the wrong day because her eyes were not swollen. So this, this must be day 3. I'm sorry, my husband was putting this together. But this is day 6, so you can still kind of see she has a little bit on the eyelid, and then right where the sides of the nose come by the eyes. She has a little bit of bruising. And this was later that evening. I patched her, so she took a shower and I patched her. Within an hour's time, I could actually see, visibly see, the decrease in the swelling around her eyes and her nose. It was like she could breathe better, and she actually looked like her eyes were open more because that spot where it was really, really swollen. She had a hard time opening her eyes to see, and, um, I guess it affects the way that you can look out of your eyes, you know, when they're all swollen. But within an hour's time, she said, I really think these tabs work. You know, she's looking in the mirror and she could actually see her eyes were opening up more. And this was day 7, so This was the day that she had her stitches removed, and I was just— I felt so bad for her. I was there with her every step of the way. I can't imagine the pain that she felt because I was in the chair just going, oh, oh, you know, how painful it looked, and it was just horrible. But I got her home, and as soon as I got her home, she patched. She was running upstairs and putting those patches all over because she remembered what patches went where, and I was like, that's wonderful. And she just put those patches on and said, like a sigh of relief, you know? And I was just so thankful to be there for her. This is day 8, which was the day after. And I— you can clearly see that, you know, there's something there. But to my amazement, how quickly this healed, because knowing how deep the wound was to day 8, this is just incredible. I mean, this technology is mind-blowing, and I just can't say enough how amazing it is. Okay, that was— this is day 10, actually, hun. But anyway, we had the days wrong. So before my mom had, had fallen, she had dentures, recently had dentures done. So she was going through the pain, her bottom two teeth weren't fitting properly, she was going through pain with that. And then I think it's 2 weeks or 3 weeks later she had cataracts done in her eyes, and then this happened a couple weeks after that. So it was like boom, boom, boom. She felt like she was being bombarded. She had all this stuff coming at her, and I just want to tell you, my mom said that I should have taken up to be a nurse or a doctor, and I was like, oh, that is so sweet of you, Mom. I said, I would do this all over again. Not saying that I would want this to happen, but to be able to take care of her like this, you know, that's the least that I can do for my mother. And I was just most impressed with the management of the pain because just seeing it, I kind of felt for her, you know. I was like, oh, oh, you know, it hurts, it hurts. And I was just waiting for her reaction to see how much pain she actually had. And the only time I really saw her squirm was when she got the stitches that day and then when she had them removed. So I'm just so thankful that, you know, she wasn't suffering. And the bruising, it could have been a lot longer recovery time. Um, I also am doing a Brain Balance for my mother. So I believe that this is necessary because of where the injury was and going through all of that stuff. Plus it's going to help her with her eyes and everything. So she's doing the Brain Balance and, you know, going through this with my mom, I was freaking out inside, but I had to remain calm because I wanted to be helpful, obviously. So I just wanted to look at this as an opportunity. How can I help my mom? How can I help her? You know, I was getting myself out of the way. How can I be of use? And, you know, patches, obviously, obviously patches. You know, I'm in there and I'm praying and the emergency room, and I'm praying. I'm like, God, please help me, you know, to help her. I don't want this to be, you know, a bad experience for her. And I just kept praying, and God was saying— so God uses the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. And when I was praying about this, it's not that the, the technology is foolish, but because we are always thinking, oh, a doctor is going to do this for me, we're going to go to the doctors for this, you know, to see that a patch technology actually helps with pain, swelling, healing, recovery, brain health, eyes, I mean, you name it, to, to see that a patch technology can do that for someone, I feel like people are thinking that it's too good to be true kind of thing. And, you know, being skeptical, that's normal, but because it's such an easy thing to do. All you have to do is take the patch and put it on, and you use the technology and it works, you know. And that is the amazing part, because I have spoken to some very smart, intelligent people about this technology, and I feel like it just goes— or they just don't get it. And, you know, I, I just say, oh, okay, you know, it, there, it might not be the right time. They, they don't believe in it. But, you know, for me, I feel like the best way that I can explain it is you have to have faith in the technology for it to work. You know, if I say, oh, this doesn't work, I put it on, you know, I can actually trick myself and say, nope, it doesn't work, or yeah, it does work. But when you actually need this and it does what it says it can do for you, then is when you have a testimony, because it's really doing and living up to what it says it can deliver. So I'm just thankful for this experience and to be able to share it, help my mom, help everybody. And, you know, she shared with my aunts and, you know, neighbors, other family members. They saw her go through this. So that's a testimony in itself. And my mom just said that she's so thankful for this technology. Thank you all for the prayers. And that it was a blessing to be able to, um, help her through this.
Absolutely. Yes, that's so amazing. So, and how old did you say your mom was?
She is 73.
73. Okay. Yeah, that's what's so amazing too, is, you know, just the bruising, you know, that, that really any of us experience or in, in that kind of trauma, especially around your head, and like just to have barely, you know, just little bits of bruising on her eyes was absolutely amazing. And I know that I've experienced that as well with surgeries, you know, that, that I've had, that it just is amazing how quickly it moves that inflammation and then discoloration just out because it allows the blood to flow and the tissue to, you know, for everything to talk, for all the cells to communicate. It just helps open up those pathways so that everything can move quicker, especially when the fact that she's 73. She's never used the technology before. So, you know, we're all like super excited because like every extra— another month that we get, we're like, okay, is there anything else that we're going to see? What new things are going to change? You know, and you think, okay, here a 73-year-old that barely has any stem cells, you know, working on her behalf gets an injury and you're like, okay, we are just Putting these puppies to the test and let's see how fast they can get going.
Like, we need to mojo, little stem cells. Let's get going as fast as you can. Oh my gosh. So that's just—
it's incredible to me because I just even like, I think it makes me think of my mom as well. I mean, she gets an injury.
There is bruise, like the entire appendage is bruised, not just a few little tiny spots.
Like, Everything that is connected to that is bruised. So even that just is amazing. And it really, when you think about the swelling, creates that restriction that causes that pain. So she's got that again moving so that there's no restriction there so she can have that, you know, start to heal quicker. And yeah, that even 10 days or whatever, the fact that you can just basically see an indentation And she hadn't been using the technology. It's just so amazing to me. Like you said, I am just constantly— every time that I think I'm not going to be shocked by something because I've been doing this for so long now and you help so many people with so many different things, and yet there's still something else that you're thinking, oh my goodness, yes, it is doing that too.
It's just the coolest thing.
And just to You know, of course you would never want this to happen to your mom, but for her then to see what you've been trying to tell her about and want the health and vitality that you want her to be able to have and to experience. And you know that you have something that can help her.
Unfortunately, sometimes it takes very difficult things to get through to certain people to be like, hey, guess what? This would be really great for you.
Yeah.
So, but I mean, I just know that has to do your heart so good. Obviously, we'd never want our moms to get hurt, but for them to come on board and tell her sisters and tell her neighbors, because obviously, you know, they're all going to be, you know, her age, and they all have things going on with them that this technology can help and benefit. And so, um, God works all things together for good. And so I love that. Um, so I'm so glad. And she just— I'm so impressed with her too that she was willing to let you take pictures.
Pictures of her.
She was the first time, the first day when I asked her and she was like, what? You know, the, the, when we were in the emergency room, like, Mom, I need to take a picture of this before they do anything to it. I just want to make sure I can see what, what's happening, like before and then after. I, I, if something happens, I'll be able to tell by the picture and have evidence. Yes. So, because she's not a picture taker. She doesn't like having her picture taken. But she let me. Because she knew that it was a process. I kept trying to assure her. I'm like, Mom, I'm not sharing this on social media. Nobody's going to see it. Nobody's even going to know who you are. They probably will never meet you. So I'm just sharing this for your testimony to be able to share with others. And another thing I wanted to also say is that, you know, when you leave your house, to make sure that you always have like your first aid kit, you know, with you. And obviously it's our patches. You know, you just want to make sure that you have them with you because you never know when you run into somebody that is going to need it. You could have a, a little accident. That's why they're called accidents. You don't plan them. But you could have a little accident and need the technology right away, and that way you have it with you, right?
Yeah, that's such a good point. So important, you know, to do that. So yeah, I'm just, I'm, you know, so I'm so thankful that your mom was willing to let you have those pictures. And too, like you're thinking, even like, obviously, like, we're thankful we have the pictures so that we can show people what the technology is capable of. But yet you're in that process with her and it's hard to think, like it's hard to think of everything, making sure that you're asking all the questions. And so to have those pictures allows you to be able to go back if there's something that you're unsure of or you forgot to ask a question or you needed, you know, to ask, you know, something in particular about something that was going on. And so even just that is so important to just have that for our peace of mind, because any time when there's things that go on like that, it's really hard to just think through all the things that you need to do and take care of. And so, yeah, so that's amazing. And we really appreciate her being willing to share her pictures with us and just know that, you know, it's going to help so many people. So, um, if you know, please tell her that we said thank you so much for being willing to share because it will bless so many for her being willing to do that. So yes, so let me just tell you about this amazing technology that we are talking about. It is this time. Well, I guess you saw in the pictures I've got one here on my elbow. Tiny little patch. It's completely non-transdermal. There is nothing that transfers from the patch into your body. It is sealed on both sides. It is a light therapy product. What happens is, is when you go out into the sun and the sun hits your skin and your eyes, it tells your body to make vitamin D. That process is called photobiomodulation, a big word for light making change in the body. This technology works that same way. Only we are the light. We are the heat source that then reflects from this patch that's completely sealed on both sides in a crystal lattice structure that's amino acids, sugars, and waters that's reflective. And it reflects back that infrared light back into our bodies, targeting different peptides. The X39 targets a peptide called GHK-Cu or GHK copper peptide. So as you could see, Nikki's mom was wearing it. She was putting everything around her head. So you can actually wear this technology anywhere on your body because that infrared light comes out at every place in your body. The recommendation is 12 hours on and 12 hours off. The next day, put on brand new patches. The 12 hours off allows your body to just be able to have that rest time because when we put these patches on our skin, it tells our body those peptides, go get working. It's time to get active. It's time for you to get up and get going. Just like when the sunlight hits our skin, it tells that vitamin D to get working. So when we have that break, just like God built in for us a nighttime to where we sleep and we're no longer in the sun, it allows our body to then rest and recover from being active in those peptides and that vitamin D getting active. So this allows the GHK-Cu to rest. And then the next day we put on a brand new patch and it tells that GHK-Cu to get up and get working again. And so you heard us talking about stem cells. If you Google GHK-CU, it does so many things in the body. One of the things that it does is it activates your body's dormant stem cells. She's 73. So what that means is by the time she's 60, she only had 10% of her stem cells any longer active. The natural body's aging process happens, and when that happens, stem cells go dormant. So those stem cells, she didn't hardly have any left working. But the second she started using that patch, it It told that stem cell army, that GHKCU, to tell those stem cells, we are not done living. It is time to get up, to get working, to go do what God designed you to do. And so those went marching up to her head, up to all the bruising, all of the swelling. It's amazing. Our bodies are so fearfully and wonderfully made that they do what God designed, how he designed us to do what it needed to do. Sorry, my computer's got a weird—
there we go.
Had a weird screen come up. Anyway, so that is one of the things that it tells us, tells our bodies to do, is get those dormant stem cells up and running. Another thing that it does is it supports our cardiovascular system, our heart, the blood vessels, the lining of our blood vessels, every part of it. Wound healing, exactly what you saw on Nikki's mom. She's got this big gash in her head, was very deep, and it just helps with wound healing. And one of the reasons that it does that, it also supports collagen. Collagen is a foundational structure, a building block in our body. And so most people just think about it as hair, skin, and nails, but there's also all that interior stuff that's going on with collagen in the tissue to help heal and repair that wound. It also supports the immune system. So obviously, Vicki's mom had a lot of stuff going on. She had the dental surgery, she had the cataract surgery, then she had this fall. There was a lot going on with her. So her immune system was constantly having to work so that hopefully she was not going to get sick during any of this time and what was going on as well. So it helps to support that immune system in our body as well. So those are just a few. Like I said, Google it. It helps— like Nikki talked about her mom's doing a brain balance. It helps with brain and nerves. The list of what GHK-CU is very, very long. There is no other technology on the market today that comes even close to what this technology can do for you. So there, the only thing that even is remotely even in the general area would be stem cell injections, and those are invasive. They don't always work. They cost thousands and thousands of dollars. This technology is for pennies, and you are not just getting guaranteed stem cells up and working in the way that God designed them to, but all the other things that I listed off for you. Another key thing is hydration.
So I'm guessing, Vicki, you're going over there, you're talking to your mom, you're handing her her water, you're saying, okay, Mom, or every time we put on a patch, we're going to take a drink of water.
So that water allows our cells to communicate. And it's not just water, but it's also the electrolytes that are so important, the magnesium, the sodium, the potassium that allows that electrical conductivity in the cells to talk to each other and communicate so that there can be healing, so that stem cells will go to work, so that collagen will be boosted, that elastin will start working for us.
Yes.
So this technology is one of those things that you need to find out about. You need to get back with the person and ask them how you can get started using this technology as soon as possible. We know amazing things are going to happen for you when you use this technology. So anyway, with that, what questions do you have? Do you have questions for Vicki? Please put them in the chat. Unmute yourself. You can raise your hand. We would love for you to come on. Yes, Pastor Ed. Please come on.
I want to be a witness to what happened. Every day that Vicki came to the house, I was like, how is she doing? Like, I'm— she showed me that picture, the first picture. I was like, oh my gosh. Like, I just cut my finger today working and I got a little boo-boo. And I'm like, man, if that gash of her head got so incredibly healed by her own stem cells. My little cut is not going to be nothing compared to that. So I kept asking Vicki, is your mom in pain? I was in disbelief, really. I kept asking her. She's like, why do you keep asking me that? I'm like, because that would hurt anybody. I mean, it's like she goes, no. And you can see the pictures. There was no— she didn't have a frown. She was like smiling. She was like nothing happening. And she, Vicki told me, right? The only time she had felt pain is when they were removing her stitches.
Yeah.
And I bet you were there, right?
Oh, I was there.
Yeah, she spent every day with her. And, and she thanked me for allowing Vicki to do that because she was away from the house doing that, taking care of her mom. And I I wouldn't have had it any other way, you know, that Vicki could take care of her mom. Can you imagine if she didn't have this pain technology? She would have to been on medication the allopathic way. That's all the way that we know how to, how to heal our bodies, right? Actually, there's not healing there. They're only masking symptoms. But one thing I want to tell you is we need the doctors to be able to do this stitch because because even though Vicki could probably try to do a stitching job, but I would prefer somebody that's a little bit more professional. You can tell at the end of the pictures there was no— I wanted you to take a picture now, Vicki, see what happens with her, because more than likely there's not going to be any scars whatsoever.
It looks amazing. Like, you can't even hardly tell that it's there. I just looked at it last week, and it's just like a little indent. That's it. There's no, like, no scarring. You can't even tell that there were stitches. So, um, yeah, I'll take another— an updated picture for sure.
Awesome. You did a great job. Thanks, Vick. That's amazing.
Yes, absolutely. Yes.
And it is—
it's so special that you are right there, that you live close to your mom, and that you can do that for her. I know I would love to live close to my mom, so I know that she's very appreciative of that. And I'm just so thankful to have had you there and be able to be there quickly and to help her. So that's such a blessing. So I know you don't take it for granted. So that's fabulous.
Yes. So thankful. Yeah. And just how she said that spending time with her and going through this with her, like to have her say, like, you're my, my angel, you know, things like that to me, like it just touched my heart, you know, and I would be home when she would send me the message and I'd get little tears in my eyes, you know. Because, you know, growing up and she had, you know, 3 of us at the same time. And it's like when your kids fall or whatever, you just, you know, and then off they go. And it's like, now that we're grown, the least I can do is take care of my mom. She took care of me when I was little. So, yeah.
Yes, absolutely. Yeah. And like you were saying, Pastor Ed, just to have this technology that is totally based on light for pain, because like you were talking about the medical side of that, and even if it was just ibuprofen, I had most interesting conversation with the nurse who's been learning about all of these, you know, all the different other ways we can support our body. And we were talking about ibuprofen and how— and I didn't realize this, but she was doing all this studying. I mean, I know that, you know, we shouldn't even take that, but I didn't really realize how bad it was because she was talking about how even with ibuprofen, every single time you take it, it creates tiny little micro, micro tears in your gut lining.. And so even just that, knowing that we have something, because that's, that's easy, right? It's cheap, it's easy. But if we're really pursuing health, we need these other options, these other tools in our toolbox that we can reach for so that the ibuprofen is not the first thing that, that we're reaching for. That, you know, that's more— we even use that as an emergency, even though that's something that's very easy. It's probably in most people's homes. But just knowing that, that that even something like that, that we've been taught and trained is what you use for inflammation and for pain, and that, you know, as long as you don't take too much, that it's not going to hurt you. It actually does. Every single time you take one, it creates micro tears inside your gut lining. So that was a super eye-opener to me, and I probably shouldn't have told my daughter about that one. But anyway, I'm just super thankful that we have a technology to It's— we can work with our own body's light and we have multiple different types of patches. We really didn't— she talked about the Aeon and the Ice Wave, which was fabulous, but we have multiple facets of technology that we can use for different things. And so— and I'm super excited for this next week to find out whatever else amazing is coming, and we'll all get to be there together and just find out about the new technology that's coming at Global Convention this next week. And so with that, I know we are over time. Did anybody have any last minute thing before I close this out here?
Some people just came in. Do you mind if I share the screen and just go through the days real quick? Sure. All right, Nikki, go back in time.
Yeah, but we're— I'm actually going to, um, let get to the remote.
Okay, I'll get it for you.
Okay, there we go. Oh, you can— yeah, do without me. So yeah, this is day 1 and day 2, and that's kind of like when it started, started to swell. It wasn't like completely swollen until day 3. And, um, the patches were very, very helpful, especially on her temples cause she said she felt a little bit of pressure on her head. It wasn't painful, but she just felt a little pressure. And, you know, with the, the IceWave on her temples, that relieved the pressure along with the other patches too. Marketing. Day 4, there was just some swelling and just with the bruising in the eyes. This is day 3, actually. Day 6. It's like I said, I feel like it kind of went from one to the other, like an overnight complete transformation with the swelling and the bruising. So that was amazing to see and witness myself. Like, it wasn't me because I see myself. This was my mom. So I was actually visibly seeing the changes happen. This was a week after it had, had happened, and this was the day she got her stitches out. And then this is not day 8, it's day 10, but still less than 2 weeks and a big scar, you know, like that, like a huge, huge scar. I was surprised that it didn't take more stitches because I thought it was— it just looks so long. It was so much going on at the same time. But yes, I'm so thankful for this technology that it can help us and many others. So if you haven't shared it with someone, please do. You never know whose life you can change.
That's right. Yeah, it was X39, Aeon, and Ice Wave. Those are the ones that she used on her mom.
So, yes.
So with that, thank you all so much for being here with us. We will— let's see, it's Thursday night. We'll have a Saturday night call that goes over our entire product line with Pastor Ed and Vicki, and then the business as well, if you want to learn about those. Monday night, I'll be back on. Just doing an X39 review and answering any questions that you might have. And then I guess it'll be— when will we— are we off then the rest of the week? Okay, so then we're off the rest of the week for Global Convention. So anyway, thank you all so much for being here tonight. We pray blessing over each and every one of you. Good night, everyone. Good night.
Thank you, Nikki.
