Everyone's body responds differently based on their elemental imbalances, so adjust the regimen to what yours actually needs.

In general, how I look at these protocols, I just want to caution if someone newer is on the line tonight, this is a lot for anyone, even someone that's keeping up with their health or who understands the Five Element Theory of Oriental Medicine. This would be daunting if your body started to detox very much, which is what the kidneys do. They clear heavy metals and other things from the body. I would always approach this very cautiously and really follow my symptoms every hour that first day and keep checking in with my body to make sure I'm not going too fast. Because I know with all these protocols, you could do it every other day or a couple days on, maybe 3 days off, or a week on, a week off. Just really, really pay attention to your body. Your body has infinite innate wisdom. And there is, like Ivana said, no cookie-cutter formula for any of us because we are unique, uh, starry snowflakes of God's creation. So we need to pay attention. We each have multiple things going on in our being— emotional, mental, spiritual, physical— that will contribute to the success of any of these approaches. Um, and someone might— of these 5 different elements that are touched on in this protocol, someone might be really congested in one of those areas but not in others, and that's going to affect how they synergistically work together. So just pay attention and don't— don't go through the protocol from start to finish like a marathon runner because that might do you under instead of doing you justice.
