I started having, um, like sciatic pain issues on my right side, and I went into the orthopedic doctor and they diagnosed me with, um, my L4, L5 were a little bit out of alignment, and they thought that was pinching off the nerve. It wasn't my hip, it was, you know, arthritis basically. I had an MRI done and I had x-rays and an MRI, and they diagnosed me with arthritis in my, um, Hip area and then this L4-L5 compression. And so I, for a while there, I was going to physical therapy all through March and part of February. And anyways, I was, you know, intermittent pain where that would wake me up at night sometimes. And this one particular night, this was just about 2 weeks ago, I woke up at 4 in the morning and I realized I had been thrashing around in bed and not really sleeping good because of the pain. And I got up and I thought, okay, I can't deal with this. So I knew that the Ice Wave patches helped a little bit when I, when I tried them one other time, but I just, I like, I attacked this thing. I took, I got 6 of the, you know, 3 sets of the Ice Wave, and I put, because I had watched a video, 2 on my shoulders. I think I watched, you told me that, put 2. 2 here and 2 on my feet. And then I took right around the L4-L5 and I put 2 of them there. And honestly, within 10 seconds, the pain was just gone. Like— That's awesome. Gone. Yes. Anyway, that pain just completely went away and I slept like a baby the rest of the night. And so I know those Ice Wave patches really do work, and I'm excited to have that in my arsenal.
