Noelle Russell, founder of the AI Leadership Institute, runs a three-day challenge teaching business owners to build AI agents that handle customer service, content, hiring, and legal work. She's generated $300M in AI revenue and says 95% of AI projects fail, but her challenge delivers working systems in under 60 minutes on day one.

95% of AI projects being deployed today are not actually delivering any value. And as a business owner thinking about how to integrate AI into your organization, this can be a huge challenge because you don't want to invest in something that's not actually going to be valuable for your company. So what do you do? Well, we have decided to release a challenge called Unlocking AI. And this challenge is going to cover a very specific set of AI systems that you can use to unlock the value of AI in your company. And this is not just another challenge where you sign up and listen and learn. This is an opportunity to actually walk away with working systems for your business at the end of the challenge. Now, I want to share with you a little bit about what we're going to do in the challenge. But before I do that, I do like to mention a little bit about why, why would you listen to So my name is Noelle Russell. I run the AI Leadership Institute. My company is 11 years old. That means that we did not just start in the excitement of AI. We've been doing this for over a decade. How and why? Well, my journey started on Amazon Alexa. I was an early member of the Amazon Alexa team. I built hundreds of AI applications for Alexa, and this was long before anyone really thought that it was very cool. I went from Amazon to Microsoft. And at Microsoft, I had the opportunity to help launch Cognitive Services. These were a set of AI models that we launched into the world to democratize access to artificial intelligence, the beginning of what today is known as Microsoft Copilot. I went from there to have an opportunity to beta test ChatGPT before it launched to understand how it was going to end up reaching millions, billions of users on a daily basis. And then I generated $300 million in revenue for an organization wanting to build an AI practice of their own. Today in my companies, we help companies do just that. How do you generate more value, more revenue in your business doing this work? And my experience has allowed me to help companies at a level that really no one else has been able to do. So let's go back and take a look. As a matter of fact, I'm going to do a series of these videos. So today I really want to zero in on day 1. Let me give you a brief overview of what we're going to be doing on day 1, 2, and 3. So day 1 is all about what I like to call the AI workhorse. These are the classic AI systems every business needs in order to be successful and see immediate value in their business. Now, for most of you, you might be like me. Value equates to revenue and time. The more time I can get back as a founder, as a CEO, in order to put that newfound time into revenue-generating activities, the more valuable this system is to me. So that's what we're gonna focus on. Now, day 2, we actually are gonna spend some time talking about Instead of the workhorse, this is your workforce, right? How are you going to organize your company? What does your org chart look like in the future? How are you going to mirror your humans with amplifying AI technology? This is incredibly important as you move in and accelerate your success in the world of artificial intelligence. And then finally, On day three, right? We've got the AI workhorse. We've got the AI workforce. Now today, we are going to work on AI workflows. This is how you completely change the way your business works—not just who's doing the work, but how it's doing the work—and this will change how you communicate to your customers, how you get new clients from client acquisition to. Delivery excellence to operational control. AI will weave into everything you do, but it has to do it safely, securely, privately, and responsibly. And that's exactly what we'll focus on on day 3. So today I want to share with you a little bit of detail on what we're going to do on day 1, just so you can get a sense of the type of activities we're going to be fingers on keyboard building together. So on day 1, We're going to build 7— yes, 7 agents in less than 60 minutes. Now, I will be staying a little longer after the session for Q&A. I also have a VIP session where we build together, so I'm going to show you what this looks like, and then I'm going to send you on your merry way, and you're going to build these agents on your, on your own and come back on day 2. However, if you are VIP, you will get to get an extra hour of time with me where we build it Together. But here's what we're gonna build. So today, one is the focus of this video, and we are gonna build 7 agents. So let's get them started. Number 1, you're going to build an executive assistant, an EA that will monitor your email and your calendar, respond in draft to make sure that you have complete human in-the-loop control over your AI systems, but it saves you the time of understanding the context. And necessary responses for every email. I have saved myself over $200,000 in lost opportunity by just having an AI actively looking at my email, triaging my email, and ensuring that I'm answering the right email at the right time with the right response in my voice. The second thing we're going to talk about is, of course, something we all probably struggle with, which is social. Getting, you know, our algorithmic heartbeat going, being on social every single day posting content that's authentic to our voice, what we do, our expertise, but having an AI system amplify our voice in the marketplace by consistently posting. This social media agent actually will be running, um, short-form content— that's LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, Butterfly, right? It'll also be running long-form content— think Substack, LinkedIn newsletters, uh, even a blog on your own website. So like these 2 things alone are worth coming and joining the challenge, but it doesn't stop there, right? So we go from executive assistant, social media, short form and long term, to business development. Business development means that there will be an agent dedicated to creating new client relationships for you. We will train it on our ICP, our ideal customer profile, and it will hunt down on the internet people who are most likely to work with us. And begin that outreach process. We also will have an agent that can manage— let's say someone says, hey, I want to work with you. We now need to work on proposals and contracts, legal. So we have a legal assistant that allows us to get those contracts out the door more effectively than ever. We also want to make sure every single time our phone rings that there is something there To answer the call, that there is a way to make that customer, that prospect feel heard, and also make sure that they're connected to our business and so that we can create an actual relationship with them. So this is our receptionist, right? Our receptionist is a live phone number that we can put on every daily communication in the, in the world, in the internet, with our emails and our social media content. Where if they call that number, an agent will pick it up, an agent will ask them questions, will be grounded in what we do as a business, and will even set them up with a meeting with our sales team or even with us. So the last agent is actually a website agent. So many times we do not get our ideas out into the world because the infrastructure that's needed to just set up a single landing page, a single page to collect information, a single page To let the world know about an offer that we are launching. This is the unlock that you need for your business to start driving revenue on a daily basis. So that's it. Day one. Oh my gosh, that's a lot. That's a whole challenge all by itself. But this is just day one. We will set up each one of these. We will custom train each one of these. If you join VIP, you will get my special Agentic Blueprint, which is the guidelines I've created for each one of my own systems inside of this tool and how I make sure that they stay safe, responsible, and secure and on task, right? How do I make sure that they adhere to the tasks that they are assigned to? This is a huge part of what makes AI successful or a failure. You have to learn how to not only build the agents, but how to control them, how to manage them, how to observe them.
