Thank you for coming. So obviously we're on Substack today, um, AI is everywhere at the minute and you either know how to use it or you don't, or you don't, or you're scared of it. So I'm really excited that, you know, you're joining us today to talk about AI in business and property and stuff. So yeah, I'll hand it over to you.

So yeah, so I am a, I'm a property investor. I've been in property for a good few years. I started off as an estate agent, uh, buyer's agent, and most recently I've been sourcing property. Um, so yeah, I'm just gonna share a bit about me, and then I I found AI and AI automation really wanting to solve my own problems in business. And then following that, I discovered some automations. I thought, wow, this is amazing, and I started sharing it with my network, and it really
