Like, I'm just looking at the numbers and they're all upwards of 20, 20% ROI of what we're looking for on all of these. So it's—
do you know like runtime or timeline? Like, are you thinking there may be something in the next 3 months, 9 months?
Actually, it's going to be— it's— so we have one that we're getting ready to launch here in the next 30 days. Are several of them. So we're just finishing up the legal paperwork on all of that. And then the other ones that are part of the Opportunity Zone, just given around the laws of this, is that we can start taking in money in August. But it's all— it's 100% capital gains money, right? The only thing that could come into Opportunity Zone is capital gains. That's it. No other actual investment money can come in. So that's a whole other play that we'll work with you on. So I have stuff for you now, and then I have stuff for you coming into the future as well. So I want to be having both conversations so that we're planning for, you know, all the way out to the end of yours and your husband's retirements.
And then as far as I think now that we've had this discussion, as you have your timeline of things that are coming, I want to be able to say, okay, here's something, right? And maybe instead of putting this total bucket into this thing, maybe, hey, this is coming down the road, so let's take part of it and put it here and part of it and put it here so that we have diversification. Yeah. As we grow. Yeah. And then as I have money coming back in, by the grace of God, real estate deals start closing out.
