I mean, that's where I started. His name is Hoy, who I was telling you about. It's where I started him off. And, you know, I think this already— he's— we've got him into— how many different deals are we in right now? I think we're right now— we got him cash flowing on 6 different deals.
Wow.
And again, 21 years old, and we're making it all happen. So I want you to do that. And then from there, We're going to start, do the investor survey, create your goals, and then create a whole map, a whole plan out of where it is you are, where you want to go, and then all the steps to be able to get there.
Okay, perfect. So first off is just foundation. I think you answered all my questions I had because today I wanted to kind of tell you where I was at. But honestly, this sounds great. The foundation and then the steps toward making, you know, getting me to where I want to be.
Beautiful.
Yeah, I'm very determined. I'm hungry.
I love it.
Hungry.
I love that. Well, and that's, that's amazing because that's what's absolutely going to be able to drive you and your success moving forward. So super happy that you're hungry and I need you to stay hungry and stay on top of all the homework. So I'll have that out for you this evening.
Okay. Sounds good. So after I, uh, What's the steps after I finish my homework? Do I reach back out to you?
You're going to reach back out to me and then I'm going to give you the next step of homework and then we're just going to keep going from there.
Okay. All right. I know I scheduled a 45-minute call, but I didn't, I didn't know.
It's all good, honey. It's all perfect. So super proud of you. Congratulations on getting started as an intern and really congratulations on reaching out and having this call because this shows intentionality. And again, it's about connecting with the who that knows how and continuing to grow and, you know, build this all out to create your version of your dream that you want to come true. So this is awesome. I'm super proud of you and I'm excited to work with you.
Thank you, Catherine. It was a pleasure meeting you and I am thankful and grateful for your help.
Thank you. You guys are like the inspiration and reason why I do what I do. So this is awesome.
