What does it look like when, say for example, somebody signs up with you? How much does the investor get out of what you guys do? Like how much do you keep and what does the investor take?
We take, we take 22% as our commission. And then, but we run a completely different commission than really anybody in the industry does because industry pads their, pads their, their numbers in case they don't perform. So they add a technology fee and then some people I'm taking over, They, they were paying $5,000 in linens a year, just in linens. So the management company charges them $5,000 for linens and $150 a month for technology fees. Whereas all of mine is wrapped. There are no fees. There's just that 22% commission. And then if I don't perform, then I'm going to lose money because I got to pay for the linens and everything else and the towels and, and the technology.
