Senior living facilities need more than one person for 24/7 coverage because residents need help at night, like bathroom trips. A $10,000 budget covers only one or two employees, which isn't enough for round-the-clock care. Facilities need to increase their budget to actually staff continuously.

When you say FTE, what is that? Full-time employee. And so I'm assuming this has to run 24/7 because if I have senior living people there, they got to get up and pee in the middle of the night. Every old dude I know in the world has to get up and pee in the middle of the night. Including me. Right. 10 times. And so I'm going to need at least one person there swinging a gun. And so sometimes like you see numbers, but we don't do quick math. My brain always does quick math. And so I know in my head that I, I'm only going to get maybe 1 or 2 employees out of that. Um, out of that budget, $10,000. Yeah, so that needs to be increased.
