In this YouTube short, Tommy Dobczyk walks viewers through a vacant 58‑acre parcel of land in Kansas City. He humorously lets his mind wander, picturing himself as a former high‑school pot dealer who could buy a pound of weed, split it into 24 portions, and sell it for profit without ever using it himself. The monologue is informal and comedic, using the land as a springboard for a whimsical entrepreneurial fantasy centered on marijuana distribution.

Go back and let's check out some more stuff. This is a big vacant piece of land in Kansas City, 58 acres. Now, see, this is where my brain goes, ooh, let me see what that is, right? Because I instantly turn into a, a, a, a pot dealer from high school. I got a pound of weed, I can split it up, you know, 24 ways, make me a lot of money. I ain't gonna smoke it, I just sell it. So, and that's what I see here.
