Again, this comes down to I'm an expert developer. I don't need to take 40 steps to figure out what I need to be the expert at. So what do I do? I hire people and then people hire other people. And then I'm working with like a team of people. Yep. To discover what I just found in 7 minutes. No, I don't need to do that no more. I don't need to. I need to be able to be a developer, the expert, and be like, okay, yeah, that's worth looking at and calling. It's probably going to say call for pricing, which is then again another wild goose chase, right? Because that property may not be for sale. He's got a sign on it to generate leads. Right. And bring phone calls in. So again, I'm going to use AI to help me minimize the 40 steps it takes for me to be the genius.
Yeah.
