Are you in the deal room? I'm gonna use Katya's because she's in here and said I could. But what I did was I took Katya's breakdown and I brought it in here and I said, okay, now run this, put together a business plan for this client so that, and, or, or, or this Land Shark member so that we have a good structured breakdown roadmap of how to help her achieve her goals in success in real estate investing. Right. And I did this because again, I applied the survey. Her survey results are copied right here. When I built this, I, I made it already understand there's, there's a mission to how we do these things. I gave it a nice big long prompt up there to, to, to know what to do. I gave it the instructions and it provided me with the business plan. Now what I did was I took this business plan straight over to NotebookLM and in NotebookLM. If you have not used NotebookLM, it's amazing. But I put it in the NotebookLM.
