So what we did was we built, we have what's called Deal Owner by Land Shark. It's an AI model. And so what we do is Blake took that PDF, plugged it in there, and he's the prompt wizard. So he comes up with really intricate prompts and he said, run this deal. That's all he said. And so it was built that way though, right? Because we just want to get it understood. So go ahead, Blake, run it.
I just told it to run its deal and essentially it's just going to— it thought for less than a minute, so it comes back pretty quick and then just gives a quick verdict on it.
