He describes how a projects folder can be taught a set of SOPs, allowing the AI to act as a ghostwriter that ingests and transposes complex legislative material, such as the Opportunity Zone provisions of the One Big Beautiful Bill and the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, into a cohesive book on Opportunity Zone development. What do they do in the deal room today? Right. And again, Deal Hunter can assist with that. So, like, one of the things that I we do in in, in the membership model is we give you the ability to create a projects folder. If you've never used a projects folder in ChatGPT, it's wonderful because you can teach it how to operate with a standard operating set of rules. And so you for example, we just wrote the book on Opportunity Zone development based on the fact that AI to help me transpose all of the legislative stuff from the from the One Big Beautiful Bill act and from the 2017 Tax Cut and Jobs Act. I was able to get those documents and force it into GPT to then perform for me as a as kind of like a ghostwriter.
