So driving for dollars, you go out looking at property and you're looking for the ones that look like what? Crap, right? Well, with AI and Deal Hunter, what we discovered was that you don't have to go out driving around neighborhoods looking for crappy houses. You can literally go on Deal Hunter and say, hey, find me some crappy houses in this neighborhood, and then it's going to provide us with all the access to that, right? And you could literally do that if you want to. I prefer not to look for crappy houses. I like to dive for dollars instead of drive for dollars. I dive for dollars.
