And so traditional solo investor world, or even just a, you know, 'cause when it's solo investor, that means you're trying to find all the people to help you get the answers. When you go to a big commercial development firm or commercial real estate firm, there's literally a person for every single thing and they have a team of people underneath that. So there'll be anywhere between 14 and 15 people on a big commercial deal, all seeking answers and doing research so that the entire thing can be put together to figure it out.
