Around 30. So I invest myself. I find houses for investors that want to take part and want to take a part in STRs, especially there's a lot of benefits with active participation and getting a ton of money back from taxes if you're act— if it's an active asset. So I do that and then I manage them too.

I mainly do the back of the house stuff, the analysis, the sales acquisitions, and then I have a business partner that does operations so that we stay in our own lanes and we can concentrate on what we're really good at.
