Hold on. I was trying to see the maps. You flew past. So here you can see like this is a map of the 10th Ward in Chicago. And they've got all these different lots that you can go in and bid on and get the application to buy and then build on them. And then these are the addresses. So we can, we can run the numbers here and put them through Deal Hunter and Discovery on like, what's it going to cost to build there? Stuff like that. So this whole thing is very good for Deal Hunter to chew on and I believe these are in opportunity zone spaces as well. So we could open up like an opportunity zone, private, an opportunity zone fund, um, property management company. Right. And by, by having that private property management company, we'd be able to, we'd be able to operate the, the business of property management while building these houses to make a difference.
