The company acquires, rehabs, and rents high‑end estates, and to fuel its pipeline it has signed the team up for bird‑dogging using the Deal Hunter platform. Participants are paid for each qualified deal they bring, but they must continuously source new opportunities because not every offer will close and not every closed deal will generate massive profits. Tommy emphasizes that having many people consistently feeding deals into the system—through a rinse‑repeat cycle—allows the business to scale, likening the eventual success to an “Herbal Essence commercial.”

Club Scottsdale is actively seeking properties to acquire, rehab, and put into the rental market. And so we started talking about a system last night. And so I signed us all up for bird-dogging on luxury estates out here in Scottsdale. So, yep.
So they're going to have the criteria. So all of you can use Deal Hunter to start finding these deals. We bring them in, you all get paid. Awesome. But you need to be bringing the deals in to get paid.
It's a sourcing thing. We got to bring deals to get them. We gotta bring deals in to look at. We can't make offers on everything and everything we make offers on is not gonna close. And everything that we close on isn't gonna turn into a billion dollars for everybody. It'll be a little bit here and there. So that's where the need for, uh, multiple people doing it. Yeah. Because rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat, and you can turn this thing into an Herbal Essence commercial.
