Tommy Dobczyk and a co-host examine aerial photos of a coastal mansion development, zooming in on a clubhouse, parking area, and beach layout to figure out if the waterfront is public or private.
Are you in the deal room?
Let's go picture by picture. Zoom into it. I want to go right there. See that clubhouse back there where the cars are parked?
Right here. I'm just having a ridiculous time with zooming in right now. My fingers are being— okay, this is as much as I can go.
No, that's fine. That's fine. Because what I'm looking at is that big long building right there is kind of like the clubhouse. It's right up against the beach.
Okay.
Right. And so there's like public parking down the side over there. This is going to be a mix of public and and private use, I'm sure. It shows right here one of these damn things got a double-decker on it over on the far right. Nope, far— yeah, that's your left. That's your, your right, our left. So your right, right there you can see this double-decker right at the back lot right there. If you come from the red garbage— yep, right there. See that thing? Yeah, that's it. That's a 1978 stacked on a 1984, right? And I bet it would have went for a million dollars.
