What we're after here is to help people get their mindsets wrapped around, because I know like we have new people coming into this and that, and they're trying to wrap their minds around the fundamentals of a deal, and they're not able to do that because the fear of having to talk to somebody on the phone is there. So if I can teach you how to monster that fear with a simple 10-second pitch, 30 words, game show fun, da da da da da, it'll be much easier for you to pick up the phone, you know, and go from there. It's like you meet a guy in an elevator, you meet, you pitch him, hey, you know, my name is this, without farting, of course, you know.

Let me, let me type it in. Or how about this? How about we use free estimates and look for that, do an estimate for the new river thing we're trying to do now? I don't know. This guy called me at 9. I don't know what you did, but I've been getting calls like at 8 or 9. Hey, can you do an estimate for a septic tank and this and that?
Yeah, no, we're turning up the heat on, on the, on the septic tanks a little bit, but we just sold one the other day. The other thing, Roman, that we need to do with Baseline is we never told Baseline they got to find a plumber. So either they find a plumber or we find a plumber and pay and charge them for it. But I didn't put any plumbing in there. We're putting the box in the ground and doing everything from the box out. They got to connect it to the house. We are not in charge of that. So we need to put that in the writing. We are not in charge of doing any connection to the house. They need to do that themselves.
Well, once we do the final proposal, we'll verify everything's in there in writing.
So therefore No, I'm not a plumber. I don't like to play in poop like that. So we ain't doing that.
