So brief legal description, we can get that from the title commitment. Property type, it appears that it's a mobile home. So it has— he believes it has a fixture status, but we'll have to double-check. The close of escrow date, we're going to try to close on this deal probably probably no later than May 30th or even like June 5th, maybe. So we'll have to add that in.
