So we're really, really excited about this project, and for all of you that are investing in this, thank you for believing in us and the team. And you actually get to see that this is the team. So you all know me, Catherine Bell.
Then we've got Hi, I'm Deanna Boyden, and I am so happy to be on this project with these incredible people, introduced by Allie and led by Eddie.
And I'm Eddie Lack, and I'm not excited as everyone else because I have actually have to build this house, but— and I'm gonna sell it in the end, so that's all my job is. And Allie's very happy because she's gonna sell it. So, so, so yeah, no, we're, we're super excited about this. I mean, Cactus Corridor is kind of our little honey hole.
And, and, and, and yeah, you guys have done an amazing job with your previous houses. And there was some news about one. You've got another one under contract already.
It's close. I know that Ali likes to pop the champagne early, but, but we are close.
It's happening. I love it. We're just working out the details. So we're going to have you follow us all the way through this project and really excited for you to be on this journey with us. So here we go. Yay, Titan! Woohoo!
