Tommy Dobczyk's data center acquisition closes in two days, with a hard deadline of the 30th. The other side is refusing to sell and trying to backdoor the deal to block him, like refusing to sell a property in Monopoly.
Where we're at, our data center is 2 days away from closing. We got to close by the 30th, which is technically today, right? But they're like, well, you got to close by Friday. Well, by Friday, I got to figure out how to do what's called an ungunking. And so basically, like in the game Monopoly, I'm trying to buy a property and somebody is not willing to sell it to me. Okay. We're trying to get a deal done in Monopoly. And I've got somebody on the other side going, don't sell that property. I'll do a deal with you as soon as it's my turn. And that's what we got going on there. So somebody is literally trying to backdoor our deal and knock us out of the data center deal because they're horrible, horrible individuals.
