Basically what we did here this morning— good morning. What we did here is we put together a couple of deals over the last 3 days, because typically during our podcast time, we're talking to you guys and then the rest of the time we're doing deals. And so last 3 days of doing the webinar, we had a lot of deals still to do, right? So you've seen us getting up, running, and going. But this is, this is what it was all culminating around. So I'm getting a couple of the properties ready to put under acquisition and we're going to walk through and see if Deal Hunter can do that with us. So what does it say? What does it say? Just review the review. Do you want me to read it? Yes, please. Goodness. Just review it with the people. We put a physical contract in there and we're getting it to learn how to do it. Can you explain that or no? I'm feeling brain dead today. Oh my goodness. The investor review. So what matters most? Well, again, weaknesses. Yes, weaknesses. Does the skill 100 work? Right. If you're not able to do it, I'll do it.
