Let's see what it says. They're getting, they're getting somewhere around $3 a square foot across the street. $2 a square foot seems to be about the average based on my experience. Again, I want to double-check, see what your Deal Hunter's saying. I had somebody who's been using or said he's been using Deal Hunter since I started it, said that it was not calibrated properly or whatever. Okay. And I don't need to— you see how I got to drop the drop the— dropped the cliff down a little bit right there, uh-huh, in the backside quite a bit. And then right there next to it, there's a road in between where those cars are parked and that red line. That's called an easement. There's actually a road right there.
