I mean, originally why I introduced you to our objective is to locate distressed buildings.
So I've got that one in Utah that I want to send to you guys, and I've just got all the dots on that already, so I'm going to send that to you. And then, and then I've also got another one in Virginia. I'm pretty sure I've got a couple of opportunities here with vacancies and distressed.
Yeah, the Arizona market, I can't impress upon you enough. I got a buyer beating down my throat for the And they're Californians, but they'll buy California, Arizona, and Nevada. Here's what's up. These are kind of interesting buyers. They're saying to me, we'll buy what makes sense. Give me something with the proper pricing and we'll move.

If it's something that's not necessarily urban, but it's priced accordingly, they can move on it. But they are, they are, excuse me, really aggressively trying to get this stuff. And if you have Arizona, that is a market there they would love to be more active in.
I've got, I've got a half a, I've got, I've got about a half a dozen off-market properties that I've been kind of sandbagging on. And I'm going to do some phone calls today and get something back over to you and Eric.
