I am actually going to call his boss and let him know that he's being unethical, and I'm going to call the seller and tell them they're out. If You'd want to do a deal, you got to fire your broker because I'll challenge Dallin and his brokerage to a damn court battle now. 100%. 100%. Take me to court for going over your head. I dare you. So your homework now, Katya, if you want to do this deal, find that seller and get his phone number and you can tell him that Dallin lied to us. This is why we're backing out of the deal. It's not because we don't have the money or the time. It's 100% that Dallin and his people lied to us.
