Are you in the deal room? Before all of that though, is algorithmically, are we going to be able to make money? Right. And so that's why it's important to go look at the comps and be like, okay, can we legitimately do this? The reason why the bigger developers want to do the hotels there is because it makes more money per door, right? They're going to go 7 floors up, right? So, and it's because they don't have access to the tiny homes like we do. We're going to be making money double time. We'll be making money on the raise and on the deal, and then we're going to be making money on the deal. Right. So we can get what's called a double dip on this if we partner up together. And that's the point to this entire collection of people is getting all of us together to work together to get these things done, just like the big dogs do.
