And then exiting us on a, on a DSCR loan in about three to five years. So we're, we're looking at that. So we, what we can do is incorporate you because you're already somewhat involved in the community, if you will. This is actually the park that Pace came out and seen, so. And. Oh, this is the one that pace like that. Yep, yep, yep. So we got to do a little bit of curative title work on it. Once we do the curative title work on it, we're going to represent it to Reza and Pace and see if there's something they can do there. We're going to be talking to Trevor about it because Trevor's interested in doing it and stuff like that. So this could be just a, basically an, an opportunity for you to be a part of this. So you can see the, the behind the, you know, behind the curtain on how odd, you know, the wizard of Oz actually works on that. And then that could also lead you into your own deal after we get, you know, down the road on this one. So that's just a, an epiphany that I had and an idea that popped in my head because again, if you did it once and you'd liked it, great. If you did it and you were like, I don't like that, then you can say, no, I'm going to do something else. So from that standpoint, what you're going to be wanting to look for is something that could be either or, but then pull the trigger. You want it to be one or the other.
