Tommy Dobczyk shows how to get free leads on Facebook Marketplace by sharing property listings to relevant groups. A land listing in Pima got 67 clicks total, 34 from one group share. He walks through selecting groups from his membership list and posting to targeted buyers.

This is for people to understand what we're doing. I have a property right now down in Pima, for example, it's gotten 67 clicks, 34 clicks. It's listed on Marketplace and at least one group. So I can click the share button. When I click the share button, it gives me the option to go to groups. When I go to groups, I can see a long list of groups. It'll just refresh for days because I'm a member of thousands of groups. So I'm here. So like Land for Sale Group, I can click that and just post it and it'll post to that group.
