I'm not, I don't get impressed by that stuff, but other people do. So, and then these are June auctions. We got residential land in North Carolina, North Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, single-family house. And so sometimes you can go poach these. That's what it's called. You can poach these off of the auction site before they get sold. So wooded lot in Washington, land with dwelling, 9.5 acres.
Vashon. Those are all, those two are on Vashon Island. That's all Seattle and the Vashon and the San Juans.
