Fractional Jets: How Owners Double Money & Big Companies Cheat #shorts

Tommy Dobczyk breaks down fractional jet ownership, where a master owner can roughly double their money by selling shares to investors. The real challenge is chartering the plane enough to cover costs. NetJets and Flexjet sidestep this by moving planes constantly to meet demand, letting them charge premium memberships instead.
Are you in the deal
room? Fractalize a jet. And to me, it's just a break even. It doesn't make sense in my head. And then when you figure out the actual return that they get, this is their risk mitigation for investors and the owner of the freaking jet. Because really, at the end of the day, when you fractionalize a jet, you have a master owner of all the fractional people, right? And so that master owner is the one that enjoys this, this level of return down here, if that's even real or fake, I don't know. But the point is, is that they're basically able to double their money when, when doing it in a, in a fashion like this, which just only solves one problem, not all. Like, we, we know that there's like almost a 250% increase in that between the maintenance of it and the ownership of it. The chartering of it is the difficult part. Making the money off the charters is where the bottleneck is, from what we've understood.
The people like the consideration that like NetJets and Flexjet and all the bigger companies, how they make most of their money. And that's why they don't do really— they do floating fleet. So none of their aircraft are based in locations. It's just constantly like an Uber going back and forth wherever the demand is. And then that's why they can like charge whatever they charge and people pay a fixed rate. And that fixed rate, they're the memberships, or that rate that people are paying is so inflated. So they think, oh well, I can fly anywhere. So it's like figuring out like how to
apply that to it. So again, that goes back to the platform. Instead of trying figure out how to own, uh, own 250 airplanes. It's figuring out how to have fractional participation through a platform with 2,500 airplanes, right? And so you can do that by fixing or solving a problem like we did with Free Estimates. If we can white label this out to every contractor across the country, because we're, we're basically advertising you're going to get guaranteed paid if you finish the job. Like, just finish the job, we'll guarantee your pay, because we're going to protect them with the owners that they're going to get paid. But what I'm doing is solving that little problem right there, which makes me a multimillion-dollar company just because I solved this one little problem with a platform or software or, or, or system.
