This is a YouTube short titled "From Devastation to Dream: The Palisades Project Reborn! #shorts" (created 2026-08-07). The excerpt is a spoken exchange between two speakers addressing “Nate,” describing a redevelopment/restoration of the Palisades project: a 19-acre former mobile home park on Pacific Coast Highway with about 170 units. They discuss site details (pool, putting green) and concern about past devastation (fires) and the goal of improving the property and community.

Nate, we want to talk to you about this because I think this would be super cool. It's all about leaving every person, property, and community better than we found them.
So let's tell the story real quick. I'm back to the picture of the, of the Palisades project. This is a— how many acres is this?
It's 19 acres.
And this is old mobile home park right there on Pacific Coast Highway.
And so it has 170 units.
You don't want it turned into devastation.
Done from the fires. Cool.
Go to the one that's right there on the right. That's— is that, is that also the one down and to the right? Down, down all the way to the right side where the putting green right there?
I think that was the pool. Or the pool. Okay, the pool.
