That's when I started my first non profit. That's when my mindset really shifted to impact wealth building. Impact wealth building was something I wasn't accustomed to. I was just worried about putting commas in my own bank account, give a shit about nobody else. I had workers, but I didn't care if they got rich, you know. And by delivering babies and saving lives in the hospital, it gave me some. Some level of compassion that I had never had before in my life. And so when 2018 came around, I started seeing the real estate shift all over Arizona. I had already had money going. I sold my, sold my hydration company because I just, I didn't have the knowledge or know how to franchise and lock it down, right. I didn't know how to monetize it enough to keep it. So I just let it go and gave it away. And everybody had one by then.
