Who is Catherine Bell? And why I created this was Titan was from— I came to this country at 26 with nothing. I had married my late husband and he had a dream and we took his dream, we turned it into a multimillion-dollar company. So I was a millionaire by the time I was 30. And then we ended up selling. In that time, we discovered we couldn't have babies. So we ended up adopting twins out of the foster care system. They were babies. They're now 21. My son's a US Marine, and my daughter is floating around living her best 21-year-old life. And, uh, we sold our company in 2018. 2019, the economy crashed and my husband got super, super sick, and we ended up losing everything. And so I ended up having to go back to work to provide for our family. And that— it was during this time, like, I really got clear that the average millionaire had 7 streams of passive income, and I had to figure it out because I was working 80 hours a week, coming home, taking care of very sick husband, my twins, and it just, I couldn't, it wasn't sustainable. And so I started figuring it out. And so I started doing buy and hold, then I did wholesaling, then I had a program called the Flipping Females, and I partnered with women teaching them how to flip houses. And we flipped about 500 properties here in Arizona, started my own hedge fund, we did vacation rentals, then I did ground-up residential developments, ground-up commercial developments. And in 2018, My husband died very tragically, leaving me a widow and a single mom. And this is where impact comes from.
