Tommy Dobczyk built an AI system that automates real-estate due diligence in under three minutes. He tells it "run this deal the way I would" and it scans government records and realtor listings to do work a human team normally handles, all without code.

Are you in the deal room? Yeah, I didn't want to be like, in the role of a developer, give me the professional example of blah, blah, blah, blah. It's like, if everybody has to remember how to talk to ChatGPT, what's the freaking point, right? I want it to be conversational. So when I built this and put 60 hours of work into it, I told it I want it very simple. Run this deal means run this deal the way I would. And so the main instruction I give it is run this deal the way I would, means that it's going to go through and it's going to go look at every website that I would have had to go look at. It's going to go look at every government website that I would have had to find. It'll go through every website of realtors that might have listed this thing. Like, so all the stuff I would have told my team to go do, this is doing it right now. Takes less than 3 minutes, sometimes 2 minutes and 38 seconds.
