Absolutely. So if you go to this picture right here, let's see if we can open this one up right here. You can kind of see on this picture that they've built across the street and they've had to put in these, these retaining walls in order to have their houses over here. And so what I'm more saying is that if we divided it, built something here and there, that becomes worth nothing while this becomes worth everything. Right. And so the idea here, if you want a good house hack and you're not like a big beach dude like me, I'm buying that, splitting it, living in that, and then selling that and building that and making that worth $10 million.
