Are you in the deal room? That's fun. Next week at FactRight. And basically the, the idea is that Titan 23 doesn't cause what's called a blind pool trap, meaning investors just put money blindly into what we're doing. We're going to build out everything like we did with you right there, Jen. We're going to build that out and investors can then shop to be in and inside that deal because it's such a great deal. It's a good price, by the way, $900K with the potential of making at minimum $30 million. What I've seen based on the due diligence. Right. So now What I want to do is I want to make sure I got a path before we move forward with an LOI. I want to make sure we got a path to money, right? And so on the path to money, you know, this is what we did. Titan 23 is going to be that path.
