Are you in the deal room? They're going to pay you $120,000 down. They're going to have to take on payments and then you can turn around. Their, their yearly payments are $33,000. Their monthly payments, $2,800 a month, blah, blah, blah. And so total cash received before selling the notes, $136,000. And then you're going to sell it at a 10% discount, which means that the note buyer is buying it for $432,000. So the cash from the notes, $432,000. So then what you got is the $120,000 the $16,000 and the $432,000, and at the end you're walking away with $568,800. How much you gonna pay me for that? Buying it for $425,000. So I'll take it for $425,000 as is right there.
