Tommy Dobczyk and a co-host look at a Miami Opportunity Zone property listed for $9 million that's been on the market 430 days. They question why it hasn't sold and whether the price reflects speculative future value rather than current worth.
Today in The Deal Group. If you guys are interested in Miami Opportunity Zone, but then there's also this one, which I thought was interesting.
Oh, I want all that. Go back to the other one first though. That one. Let's look at this. 430 days on market, updated 13 days ago. Why do you think it's still on market? 430. We know that's over a year, right?
Yeah.
Right. So scroll down on this. This is one of the things I love. Ready for this? This is the welcome to the 99 blah blah blah. And basically what they want to do is tell you that, like, what all the future stuff there would allow and how, you know, future value, future value, future value. Give us all the future value now. That's what they're asking for at a price of $9 million on, on this property. There's no other way to look at it except for the fact that they are literally trying to get all the future value from the future developer, right?
