I have a mobile home park I'm working with, and I'm working with the consumer, and the consumer is dealing with a situation where they're trying to take their home, and they found the mobile home park took— they found a legal loophole to basically steal as many people's homes as they want. It's really bad, really, really ugly. And I figured it out. I figured it out because I studied the laws when I was younger, and I saw the section, the civil code, and I was like, huh, they can't do that. So then I started digging, and then I went on Land Shark, and I looked them up, and I saw all these lawsuits. I saw like 10 different lawsuits. And so I was able to send this to the, to the client, and the client— so now the client, the client actually has a potential huge lawsuit that he can file. And we— I was able to gather all the information from Land Shark. So I was like, it just dawned on me, I was like, let me try this, let me just, let me just wing it. We figured, we figured out that they're doing this across the board, all of their mobile home parks, and a lot of homeless. It's causing a lot of homelessness.
